Most insurance companies will want a breakdown of the assessment expenses in order to process the claim. The following is a list of what you will need to file a loss assessment:
- Agenda for the Special Assessment Meeting held on December 12, 2024
- Minutes for the Special Assessment Meeting held on December 12, 2024 at which assessment was approved
- Roseate Court Special Assessment Costing as of January 17, 2025
- Invoice you received from Sunstate (You should have)
